A family domaine established in Meursault in 1917

Four generations have shaped Domaine Boyer-Martenot, firmly grounded in its terroir, yet always looking ahead.

Domaine Domaine Boyer-Martenot extends across the renowned Climat de Meursault, as well as Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses and Pommard. The range spans from regional appellations through to Premier Crus, in both white and red.

01 -On land steeped in history,

the domaine forms part of a long line of dedicated winegrowers. For four generations, it has told a family story shaped by resilience and a deep attachment to the vine. The story begins in 1917, when Lucie Boyer, widowed at a young age, began making her own wine. So very determined, she transformed what had been a grape-selling estate into a true wine-producing domaine. Her son, André Boyer, continued her work. He later married Marie-Cécile Martenot, who brought vineyards in Meursault and Pommard into the domaine. From this union, Domaine Boyer-Martenot was born, with the couple soon expanding both production and exports.

02 -Today, their children, Vincent and Sylvie Boyer,

brother and sister with complementary expertise – bring fresh momentum to the 10.5-hectare domaine. Vincent, a true craftsman of the cellar, continues the family’s winemaking tradition, while Sylvie, who returned in 2018 after years abroad, oversees the vineyards. She follows a reasoned, environmentally conscious approach to viticulture. Together, they continue a family legacy driven by excellence and respect for nature, bringing out the very best of the terroirs of Meursault and beyond.
