The Vine – Carefully tended by hand

Each year, observing and guiding nature so that it reveals the full character of its fruit

“By knowing every corner of our vineyards and observing them constantly, we are able, through largely manual vineyard work, to support optimal fruit development. This ensures healthy grapes that produce wines which truly express both their terroir and their vintage”,,   Sylvie Boyer

01 -The domaine covers 10.5 hectares

in the heart of the prestigious Côte de Beaune, in Meursault, its birthplace, as well as Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses and Pommard. Each plot is carefully worked and maintained. Every vine is tended by hand: precise pruning, well-aerated soils and attentive care, all aimed at revealing the distinctive character of each wine.

02 -Under Sylvie’s watchful eye, the vines thrive.

She believes that well-prepared vines are naturally resilient, supported by consistent care and attention. Les Climats de Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Pommard are thus expressed in their purest form – the result of an approach combining tradition, respect for living ecosystems and thoughtful innovation.
